Thence 是 「from here」的意思，從這裡出發，小批量製作，我們視之為再一次沉思本土可能性的習作。Thence 採用本地採收蜂蜜及時令植物，以多重過濾中性酒提取其精神風味，在輕盈蜜滋裡留住我城一瓢陽光水土的剪影。
 
我們選用醃漬多時的咸檸檬
配以蜂蜜的溫潤甘甜
於本地工場細心調製

We use salted lemons aged over time,
paired with the mellow sweetness of honey,
and carefully crafted in our local workshop.

For home consumption, we recommend enjoying it chilled straight or, alternatively, create a thirst-quenching cocktail easily by adding ice to a tall glass and combining Thence 05 with tonic water in a 1:1 ratio.
